At Zeina Meat, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meat products.

Due to the sensitive nature of food products, the following return policy applies:

1. Returns Due to Product Defects

Customers are entitled to request a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Visible defect in the product
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product damage during delivery

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported at the time of delivery or within 12 hours only from receiving the order.
  • Clear photos of the product must be provided.
  • The product must remain in its original condition and must not be significantly consumed.

This policy is strictly applied due to the perishable and sensitive nature of meat products.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • More than 12 hours have passed since delivery
  • Improper storage by the customer
  • Significant portion of the product has been consumed
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
